Titanium Forged Rings and Sleeves for Valves, Pumps and Process Equipment
Titanium forged rings and sleeves can be used as machining stock for valve, pump and process-equipment components when the alloy and manufacturing route suit the complete service conditions.

Service Conditions Control Grade Selection
Provide process medium, concentration, temperature, pressure, aeration, impurities, crevice conditions and cleaning chemicals. Titanium grade alone does not establish suitability for every chemical service.
Define the Manufacturing Boundary
State whether supply ends at an as-forged blank, rough-machined preform or finished component. For machined supply, provide drawing revision, datum, tolerances, surface finish, thread or sealing geometry, cleaning and final inspection.
Quality Documentation
Typical order documents include MTC, heat traceability and dimensional records. PMI, ultrasonic testing, liquid-penetrant testing, microstructure, special-process records or third-party inspection must be expressly requested when required.
