Titanium Plate, Sheet & Sheet Metal: specifications, grades and supply options
Use the information below to prepare a clear RFQ. Final availability depends on grade, size, quantity, specification revision and required documentation.
ASTM B265 / ASME SB265; selected aerospace sheet and plate may reference AMS 4901, AMS 4911 or the applicable drawing.
Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12 and 23 are available subject to thickness, finish and certification requirements.
Titanium sheet, flat plate and cut-to-size blanks are ordered by thickness, width, length, dimensional tolerance, flatness, surface and edge condition. State hot-rolled or cold-rolled supply when the production route or surface condition matters; do not rely on the words sheet and plate alone to define a thickness boundary.
Chemical and mechanical test reports, dimensional and visual inspection, surface checks and traceability; UT when required.
Typical applications
- Chemical process vessels and heat-transfer equipment
- Aerospace skins, structures and fabricated parts
- Marine and desalination equipment
- Medical, energy and industrial fabrication

Frequently asked sourcing questions
Which standard and grade should I specify?
ASTM B265 / ASME SB265; selected aerospace sheet and plate may reference AMS 4901, AMS 4911 or the applicable drawing. The final grade, revision and supplementary requirements should be stated on the RFQ or purchase order.
Can size and tolerance be customized?
Titanium sheet, flat plate and cut-to-size blanks are ordered by thickness, width, length, dimensional tolerance, flatness, surface and edge condition. State hot-rolled or cold-rolled supply when the production route or surface condition matters; do not rely on the words sheet and plate alone to define a thickness boundary. Final dimensional tolerances are confirmed against the governing standard or customer drawing.
What inspection and documentation are available?
Chemical and mechanical test reports, dimensional and visual inspection, surface checks and traceability; UT when required.. Supply condition: Production route, surface finish, packaging and delivery documents are confirmed at quotation.
Send the standard, grade, dimensions, quantity, application and certificate requirements.
