Which Product Form Does the Equipment Need?
Grade 2 titanium plate is a common fabrication starting material for shells, covers, baffles and equipment components. A titanium tube sheet is a drawing-controlled component whose hole pattern, ligament, thickness, flatness and tube-joint details must match the exchanger design. Buyers should not order a tube sheet only by diameter and grade.

What Should Be Reviewed Before Ordering?
Confirm chloride content, oxidizing or reducing conditions, temperature, flow, aeration, deposits, cleaning chemicals, shutdown exposure and galvanic contact. The fabricator should also control contamination, forming and welding procedures. Product certification cannot compensate for an unsuitable exchanger design.
