Product Introduction

Titanium Perforated Sheet is an open-area titanium product selected for corrosion resistance, low density, screening, flow distribution, support or electrochemical service. Woven, expanded and perforated products have different geometry and mechanical behavior and must be identified explicitly.

What is the difference between woven, expanded and perforated titanium?

Woven mesh interlaces wires, expanded metal slits and stretches sheet into strands, and perforated sheet removes material in a controlled hole pattern.

How should opening size be specified?

Use mesh count and wire diameter for woven mesh, SWD/LWD and strand data for expanded metal, or hole diameter/shape and pitch for perforated sheet.

What information is needed for quotation?
