Grade 2 vs Grade 7 vs Grade 12 Titanium Threaded Fittings
Grade 2, Grade 7 and Grade 12 titanium threaded fittings cannot be selected from a grade ranking. Each grade responds differently to chemistry, temperature and mechanical requirements, so the actual process environment must control the decision.

Grade Is Only One Part of the Order
After selecting a candidate grade, specify the exact threaded fitting, NPS at every port, thread system, sealing arrangement, inspection and traceability. A certificate for the correct alloy does not correct an unsuitable fitting configuration or thread.
