Perfect Combination of Strength and Lightweight: Titanium Alloy Gr 2 Butt Welding Fittings have exceptional strength while being relatively light, providing excellent performance for industrial piping systems.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Titanium alloy Gr 2 butt welding pipe fittings are able to operate in harsh environments for a long time without being affected by corrosion and oxidation, providing long-lasting reliability.

Grade 2 Titanium Buttweld Fitting Purchase Checks

Grade 2 is a commercially pure titanium grade used for corrosion-resistant piping components where moderate strength and fabricability are required. Buttweld fittings may include elbows, tees, reducers and caps, but the grade name alone does not define a compliant fitting.

State the fitting type, dimensional standard, nominal pipe size, schedule or wall thickness, end preparation, grade, manufacturing route, heat treatment if applicable, surface, quantity and required documents. The fitting dimensions and wall transition must match the adjoining pipe and the governing piping specification.

For chemical, seawater or heat-transfer service, confirm process chemistry, temperature, pressure class, weld procedure and inspection requirements. Material certification and traceability should be agreed before production. Final suitability remains subject to piping design, code requirements and responsible engineering approval.
