Product Detail

Product Introduction

Titanium threaded tees divide or combine flow through a threaded branch connection. Define equal or reducing configuration, titanium grade, run and branch NPS, thread gender and designation at all three ports, pressure and temperature basis, flow service, sealing method, inspection and documentation.

Selection and Configuration

  • Material compatibility: Match the fitting grade, source product and welding procedure to the connected titanium pipe and service environment.
  • Dimensional definition: State NPS or outside diameter, wall thickness or schedule, center-to-end dimensions and end preparation.
  • Fabrication route: Specify seamless, welded, formed, forged, machined or drawing-controlled construction as applicable.
Pressure-design note: Dimensional conformity does not by itself establish pressure rating. The piping designer must verify material allowable stress, wall thickness, weld joint, corrosion allowance, temperature and governing construction code.
