Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium pipe nipples are short pipe sections used between female-threaded fittings, valves or equipment ports. The approved order must define titanium grade and source material, NPS or outside diameter, wall thickness, overall length, threaded length at each end, end configuration, thread standard, inspection and traceability.

Typical ranges are quotation guidance, not a stock guarantee. Final availability and tolerances are confirmed against the complete RFQ and design code.
Selection and Configuration
- Source material: Identify the titanium pipe or tube grade, specification, wall and traceability requirements.
- Overall and threaded length: State finished overall length and required thread length at each end; a trade size alone is incomplete.
- End arrangement: Define both ends, thread designation and gaging, chamfers, bore condition and anti-galling procedure.

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Fittings are capped or wrapped to protect clean ends, bevels, threads and machined faces. Items are separated by grade, size and heat/lot, then packed in reinforced cartons or export cases according to geometry and quantity.
Application Scenarios

Chemical Processing
Corrosion-resistant piping for acids, chlorides and process media after grade compatibility review.

Power & Energy
Cooling-water, condenser and auxiliary piping requiring traceable titanium components.

Marine & Desalination
Seawater and chloride-bearing piping systems designed for the selected titanium grade.
FAQ
What information is required to quote Titanium Pipe Nipple?
Provide the titanium grade, product form, dimensional standard or drawing, thread or critical dimensions, quantity, surface treatment, mating parts, service conditions and required inspection documents.
Which standards apply to Titanium Pipe Nipple?
The nipple is supplied to an approved dimensional definition using traceable titanium pipe or tube source material. ASME B1.20.1 may define NPT threads when invoked. The order must state grade, source specification, NPS or OD, wall, overall length, threaded lengths, end arrangement and inspection.
How are Titanium Pipe Nipple inspected?
Review source-material MTC and heat/lot traceability; verify OD or NPS, wall, overall length, threaded length at each end, thread gaging, bore, end finish, cleanliness and any specified pressure or leak test.
