Product Introduction
Grade 5 titanium carriage bolts use a domed head and square neck to resist rotation when the neck is correctly seated in a compatible square hole or suitable material. The RFQ must define head and neck geometry, thread, length measurement, grip, mating nut and washer, installation method, finish and finished-fastener inspection.

What prevents a titanium carriage bolt from turning?
The square neck beneath the round head is intended to seat in a compatible square hole or material capable of restraining rotation. Hole geometry, material strength and installation torque must be verified for the joint.
Does DIN 603 fully specify a Grade 5 titanium carriage bolt?
No. DIN 603 can be used as an agreed dimensional reference, but the order must separately define Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 material, condition, thread acceptance, mechanical requirements, finish and documentation.
What information is needed for quotation?
Provide the dimensional standard or drawing, material grade, thread and fit, length, head and square-neck dimensions, mating nut and washer, quantity, finish, service environment, tests and certificates.
