Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium woven wire mesh is manufactured by interlacing titanium wires in a defined weave. Mesh count alone is incomplete: wire diameter and weave determine the clear opening and open area. The RFQ should state grade, plain or twill weave, mesh count or clear aperture, wire diameter, roll or panel size, edge condition, cleanliness and dimensional inspection.
Product Specifications
| Product | Titanium Woven Wire Mesh | Grade | Titanium Grade 1, Grade 2 or specified alloy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Titanium wire feedstock and finished woven mesh are supplied to the expressly invoked material requirement and an agreed mesh schedule or drawing. The order controls wire diameter, mesh count or aperture, weave, tolerances, width, length, edges and inspection. | Size & Form | Woven wire mesh in sheets, cut panels or rolls as feasible; exact opening, section dimensions, width and length by RFQ |
| Tolerance | Drawing or order-defined opening, wire/strand/sheet size, pitch, open area, cut size, edge and flatness requirements | Supply Condition | Clean mill-finish sheets, panels or rolls with edge protection, interleaving and export packing |
| Inspection | MTC and heat traceability, wire diameter, wires or openings per unit length, clear aperture, weave identity, width and length, edge condition, surface cleanliness and visual review for broken or displaced wires. | Documents | MTC, heat/lot traceability and agreed inspection reports |

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Wire is protected in coils, spools or straight-length bundles with moisture-resistant wrapping and labels for grade, diameter, heat and quantity. Typical export packaging for the same physical product form is shown below; final packing is confirmed for each order.

Application Scenarios

Chemical filtration and separation
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Electrochemical electrodes and current collectors
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Marine, aerospace and industrial screening or guards
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.
FAQ
Is mesh count enough to specify woven titanium mesh?
No. The same mesh count with a different wire diameter produces a different clear opening and open area. State both values or specify the required aperture.
Can woven mesh be supplied as cut panels?
Yes, subject to mesh construction and edge stability. State panel dimensions, edge treatment, flatness and packaging requirements.
What causes opening variation in woven mesh?
Wire-diameter tolerance, weaving tension, crimp and handling can affect aperture. Define the measurement method, sampling and allowable variation when critical.
