Grade 5 Titanium Belleville Washers are conical disc springs that deflect under axial load. Their useful force-deflection curve depends on outside and inside diameter, thickness, free cone height, material condition, manufacturing route and stack arrangement. Titanium grade alone does not establish spring rate or fatigue life.

Standards and ordering definition: DIN 2093 or a customer spring drawing may define conical disc geometry and acceptance when expressly applicable. The purchase order must separately define titanium grade, condition, dimensions, functional requirements, tests and documentation.

No. Force and deflection depend on material modulus, condition, geometry and manufacturing. Titanium parts require their own validated design and test criteria.

Can Belleville washers be stacked?

Yes, but series and parallel arrangements change load and deflection. Stack configuration, guides, seating and working travel must be specified.
