Product Introduction
Seamless titanium fittings are formed or manufactured without a longitudinal fusion-welded seam in the finished fitting body. Seamless describes the construction route, not a universal guarantee of pressure rating or freedom from all fabrication welds in an assembly. The order must define fitting geometry, grade, source material, size, wall, forming route, heat treatment, ends, dimensional standard and inspection.

Selection and Configuration
- Seamless construction boundary: Confirm which pressure-containing section is seamless and whether any attachment, repair or assembly weld is permitted.
- Forming and wall control: Define starting product, hot or cold forming, minimum finished wall, ovality, thinning and heat treatment.
- Availability and substitution: Large sizes or special geometries may require welded construction; substitution needs buyer and design approval.

FAQ
Does seamless mean the fitting has no weld anywhere?
It means the fitting body is not made with a longitudinal fusion-welded seam. Assemblies or attached features must still be defined separately.
Is seamless automatically stronger than welded?
Not automatically. Pressure design depends on grade, wall, geometry, manufacturing quality, heat treatment and governing code.
What records verify seamless supply?
Request source-material traceability, manufacturing-route statement, dimensions, wall mapping, heat treatment and agreed NDE.
