Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium Grade 12 Sheet & Plate is supplied for corrosion-resistant fabrication and precision manufacturing. The final purchase definition must identify the exact material designation, governing specification and revision, dimensions, condition, tolerances, tests and documentation; trade-name or cross-standard equivalence is not assumed.
Why select Grade 12 titanium plate?
Selection answer: Grade 12 contains nickel and molybdenum and is considered for improved crevice-corrosion performance and useful strength in selected chemical and heat-exchanger environments.
Selection boundary: Grade 12 should not be described as equivalent to Grade 2 or Grade 7. Corrosion selection depends on the specific medium and temperature, and fabrication procedures must match Grade 12.
RFQ data to confirm: Provide service chemistry, temperature, crevice conditions, thickness, forming and welding requirements, NDT, corrosion testing if specified, and documentation.
