Product Introduction
Custom titanium CNC machined parts are produced to an approved drawing from traceable plate, bar, tube or forging stock. A complete order defines material grade and source specification, dimensions and datum, tolerances, surface finish, thread and edge requirements, quantity, cleaning, inspection and required records.

Provide a controlled 2D drawing and, when available, a compatible 3D model. The drawing must control material, dimensions, tolerances, finish, threads, inspection and revision.

Yes. State the required material specification, revision, grade, heat traceability and additional test records in the purchase order.
Can prototypes and production quantities be reviewed?
Yes. Quote feasibility depends on geometry, stock, tooling, inspection, quantity and delivery requirements.
