Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium Coil is supplied for corrosion-resistant fabrication and precision manufacturing. The final purchase definition must identify the exact material designation, governing specification and revision, dimensions, condition, tolerances, tests and documentation; trade-name or cross-standard equivalence is not assumed.
How should a titanium coil be selected?
Selection answer: Use this multi-grade coil page when the material grade is still being selected or the inquiry covers several titanium grades. Coil procurement must define grade together with thickness, width, coil ID and OD, unit weight, edge, surface and downstream processing.
Selection boundary: Titanium coil is not one interchangeable material. Grade 1 favors severe forming, Grade 2 is a common general-purpose CP grade, Grade 5 serves strength-driven alloy applications, and Grades 7 or 12 require service-specific corrosion review.
RFQ data to confirm: State grade or service environment, ASTM B265 or other specification, thickness and tolerance, width, coil ID/OD, maximum unit weight, slit or mill edge, surface, flatness/camber expectations, quantity and downstream forming or slitting.
