Product Detail
Product Introduction
A titanium equal tee divides or combines flow through a 90-degree branch whose nominal size matches the run. Its defining feature is equal run and branch size—not merely a tee-shaped appearance. The RFQ should state grade, NPS or OD, identical end sizes, wall or schedule, center-to-end dimensions, weld bevels, construction route and NDT.

Typical ranges are quotation guidance, not a stock guarantee. Final availability and tolerances are confirmed against the complete RFQ and design code.
Selection and Configuration
- Equal-size geometry: Run and branch use the same nominal size; identify wall or schedule at every end.
- Center-to-end control: Confirm center-to-end dimensions and branch centerline according to ASME B16.9 or the approved drawing.
- Construction route: State seamless, formed, welded or fabricated construction and any restrictions imposed by service or design code.

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Fittings are capped or wrapped to protect clean ends, bevels, threads and machined faces. Items are separated by grade, size and heat/lot, then packed in reinforced cartons or export cases according to geometry and quantity.
Application Scenarios

Chemical Processing
Corrosion-resistant piping for acids, chlorides and process media after grade compatibility review.

Power & Energy
Cooling-water, condenser and auxiliary piping requiring traceable titanium components.

Marine & Desalination
Seawater and chloride-bearing piping systems designed for the selected titanium grade.
FAQ
What makes a tee an equal tee?
The branch nominal size is the same as the run nominal size. Wall and bore transitions still require confirmation.
Does equal size mean equal wall thickness?
Not automatically. State schedule or nominal wall for the run and branch and confirm finished-end dimensions.
Which dimensional reference applies?
ASME B16.9 may apply to covered butt-welding geometry; special sizes and fabricated tees require an approved drawing.
