Product Detail
Product Introduction
Custom titanium fittings are drawing-controlled piping components with nonstandard geometry, interfaces or functions that are not fully defined by a catalog fitting designation. Custom does not necessarily mean large: it may involve unusual angles, offsets, branches, wall transitions, mixed ends, ports, close tolerances or integrated features. The approved drawing is the primary acceptance document.

Typical ranges are quotation guidance, not a stock guarantee. Final availability and tolerances are confirmed against the complete RFQ and design code.
Selection and Configuration
- Drawing-controlled geometry: Provide revision-controlled dimensions, datums, tolerances, wall transitions, branches, ports and end interfaces.
- Material and fabrication plan: Define grade, source-product specifications, formed, forged, machined or welded route, heat treatment and cleaning.
- Verification plan: State first article, dimensional report, CMM or templates, weld NDE, pressure/leak test and documentation.

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Fittings are capped or wrapped to protect clean ends, bevels, threads and machined faces. Items are separated by grade, size and heat/lot, then packed in reinforced cartons or export cases according to geometry and quantity.
Application Scenarios

Chemical Processing
Corrosion-resistant piping for acids, chlorides and process media after grade compatibility review.

Power & Energy
Cooling-water, condenser and auxiliary piping requiring traceable titanium components.

Marine & Desalination
Seawater and chloride-bearing piping systems designed for the selected titanium grade.
FAQ
Is every large-diameter fitting a custom fitting?
Large size can require customization, but the terms describe different issues: large diameter is scale; custom is nonstandard geometry or acceptance.
What files are required for quotation?
Provide a controlled 2D drawing and, when available, a 3D model plus material, design, service, inspection and document requirements.
Can a standard fitting be modified?
Only after design review of remaining wall, reinforcement, end geometry, heat input, cleanliness and code compliance.
