Product Detail
Product Introduction
Welded titanium fittings are produced from welded tube, pipe, plate or fabricated segments and contain one or more controlled fusion welds. The weld route can enable larger sizes and special geometry, but requires explicit control of filler or autogenous procedure, shielding, heat tint, joint efficiency, NDE, heat treatment and documentation.

Selection and Configuration
- Weld location and route: Identify longitudinal, circumferential or fabricated seams and the source-product specification.
- Welding controls: State qualified procedure, filler classification when used, shielding, cleaning, interpass limits and acceptance of heat tint.
- NDE and pressure design: Define visual, PT, RT or UT scope, acceptance criteria, joint efficiency and any pressure or leak test.

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Fittings are capped or wrapped to protect clean ends, bevels, threads and machined faces. Items are separated by grade, size and heat/lot, then packed in reinforced cartons or export cases according to geometry and quantity.
Application Scenarios

Chemical Processing
Corrosion-resistant piping for acids, chlorides and process media after grade compatibility review.

Power & Energy
Cooling-water, condenser and auxiliary piping requiring traceable titanium components.

Marine & Desalination
Seawater and chloride-bearing piping systems designed for the selected titanium grade.
FAQ
When are welded titanium fittings considered?
They are commonly reviewed for larger sizes, special walls or fabricated geometry where seamless forming is impractical or unavailable.
Which weld information belongs in the RFQ?
State weld route, procedure qualification, filler, shielding, NDE method and coverage, acceptance criteria and required records.
Can welded replace seamless?
Only with design and purchaser approval after reviewing code, joint efficiency, corrosion service, NDE and documentation.
