Additional Supply & Ordering Details
Useful, technically consistent information consolidated from earlier product pages.
| Base-material boundary | Grade 12 / UNS R53400 wire is wrought Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni nominal alloy wire ordered for forming, fabrication or component manufacture. It is not ERTi-1 welding filler metal. |
|---|---|
| Material specification | State ASTM B863/B863M or the approved specification and revision, diameter, condition, surface, coil or spool form, unit weight, continuous length and intended downstream operation. |
| Service-selection input | Provide process medium, concentration, temperature, contaminants, crevice conditions, stress and fabrication route. Grade 12 selection depends on complete service and design data. |
| Quality evidence | Request chemistry including molybdenum and nickel, mechanical tests when applicable, diameter and surface inspection, coil identification and heat/lot traceability. |

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Wire is protected in coils, spools or straight-length bundles with moisture-resistant wrapping and labels for grade, diameter, heat and quantity. Typical export packaging for the same physical product form is shown below; final packing is confirmed for each order.

Application Scenarios

Chemical processing equipment
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Marine and desalination systems
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Industrial fabrication and precision components
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.
FAQ
Is Grade 12 wire a welding consumable?
Not by ASTM B863 designation alone. If filler-metal use is intended, the applicable welding-consumable classification and qualified procedure must also be specified.
How does Grade 12 differ from ERTi-1?
Grade 12 is Mo-Ni alloyed wrought base-material wire; ERTi-1 is a commercially pure titanium filler-metal classification.
What belongs in a Grade 12 wire RFQ?
Provide ASTM B863 revision, diameter, tolerance, condition, surface, package, quantity, application, tests and certificates.
