Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium Grade 4 Pipe & Tube is supplied for corrosion-resistant fabrication and precision manufacturing. The final purchase definition must identify the exact material designation, governing specification and revision, dimensions, condition, tolerances, tests and documentation; trade-name or cross-standard equivalence is not assumed.
When is Grade 4 pipe or tube considered?
Selection answer: Grade 4 is the strongest commonly specified commercially pure grade and may be considered where higher pressure-design strength is needed while remaining within a CP titanium material family.
Selection boundary: Higher material strength does not by itself establish pressure rating, and reduced forming latitude may affect bends or expanded tube ends. The construction code and product standard still control.
RFQ data to confirm: State product form and standard, OD or NPS, wall, design pressure and temperature, bending or expansion operations, manufacturing route, tests and acceptance criteria.
