Use the information below to prepare a clear RFQ. Final availability depends on grade, size, quantity, specification revision and required documentation.

Standards

ASTM B381 / ASME SB381 for titanium forgings; flange dimensions may reference ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 or an approved customer drawing.

Grades

Commercially pure Grades 1, 2, 3 and 4 plus alloy Grades 5, 7 and 12, selected by pressure, temperature, corrosion and welding requirements.

Size & form

Weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, socket-weld and drawing-specific flanges; NPS, pressure class, facing, bore and drilling are RFQ-controlled.

Quality

MTC, heat/lot traceability, dimensional and visual inspection; PMI, ultrasonic, liquid-penetrant and pressure-related documentation when specified.

Buyer decision point

A material standard does not define the complete flange. Confirm flange type, NPS, pressure class, dimensional standard, facing, bore or matching pipe schedule, bolt drilling and whether the part must be forged, plate-machined or drawing-specific. Grade selection must also match the connected pipe, gasket, welding procedure and service environment.

Can size and tolerance be customized?
