Product Detail
Product Introduction
Grade 35 Titanium Tube is supplied for corrosion-resistant fabrication and precision manufacturing. The final purchase definition must identify the exact material designation, governing specification and revision, dimensions, condition, tolerances, tests and documentation; trade-name or cross-standard equivalence is not assumed.

Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Pipe and tube ends are capped, surfaces are wrapped where required, and bundles or export cases are identified by grade, size, heat and quantity. Typical export packaging for the same physical product form is shown below; final packing is confirmed for each order.

Application Scenarios

Chemical processing equipment
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Marine and desalination systems
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Industrial fabrication and precision components
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.
Specification & Selection Notes
Product-standard boundary
Grade 35 is UNS R56340, nominally Ti-4.5Al-2Mo-1.6V-0.5Fe-0.3Si. ASTM B338 applies to seamless and welded tubes for condensers and heat exchangers; ASTM B861 applies to seamless pipe; ASTM B862 applies to welded pipe. These are different product scopes and must not be listed as interchangeable purchasing descriptions.
Inspection and traceability
Confirm the expressly ordered standard and revision, Grade 35 / UNS R56340, seamless or welded route, OD or NPS, wall or schedule, length, condition, ends, dimensions, surface, heat identity, chemistry, tensile results, pressure or leak testing, NDT, MTC and heat/lot traceability. B861 and B862 permit Grade 35 in annealed or aged condition within their applicable requirements.
Selection boundary
Select Grade 35 only when an approved design requires this alloy family for the relevant strength, temperature or service basis. Do not treat it as a universal corrosion upgrade over commercially pure titanium. Process chemistry, pressure, temperature, fabrication, weld procedure and the exact tube or pipe standard control suitability.
Technical FAQ
Is Grade 35 titanium tube covered by one ASTM standard?
No. Use ASTM B338 for condenser or heat-exchanger tube, ASTM B861 for seamless pipe, or ASTM B862 for welded pipe. Define the actual product form and manufacturing route.
Can Grade 35 pipe be supplied annealed or aged?
Current ASTM B861 and B862 scopes allow Grade 35 in annealed or aged condition. The order must name the required condition and revision rather than relying on the alloy name alone.
What information is needed for a Grade 35 tube quotation?
Provide standard and revision, UNS, tube or pipe form, seamless or welded route, OD or NPS, wall, length, condition, ends, service temperature and pressure, NDT, testing, quantity, MTC and destination.
FAQ
What information is required to quote Grade 35 Titanium Tube?
Provide the titanium grade, product form, dimensional standard or drawing, thread or critical dimensions, quantity, surface treatment, mating parts, service conditions and required inspection documents.
Which standards apply to Grade 35 Titanium Tube?
ASTM B338, ASTM B861 or applicable customer specification
How are Grade 35 Titanium Tube inspected?
MTC review, dimensional and surface inspection, heat/lot traceability, with PMI or applicable NDT when specified
