Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium Grade 7 coil combines commercially pure titanium characteristics with a controlled palladium addition for improved resistance in demanding corrosion environments. The order must define thickness, width, coil inside and outside diameter, coil weight, edge condition, flatness or camber requirements, surface condition, inspection and documentation.
Product Specifications
| Product | Titanium Grade 7 Coil | Grade | Titanium Grade 7 / UNS R52400 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | ASTM B265 / ASME SB265 applies to titanium strip, sheet and plate when expressly invoked. Services We Can Provide
Product Packaging
Coils and slit strip are wrapped against moisture and edge damage, secured on skids or in export cases, and labeled with grade, heat, size, coil weight and edge condition. Typical export packaging for the same physical product form is shown below; final packing is confirmed for each order.

Application Scenarios

Chemical processing equipment
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Heat-exchanger and process fabrication
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.

Marine and desalination systems
Material grade, dimensions, condition and inspection must be matched to the application requirements.
FAQ
What is the difference between Grade 7 and Grade 2 titanium coil?
Grade 7 is based on commercially pure titanium with a specified palladium addition. The improvement is relevant to selected reducing-acid and crevice-corrosion conditions, but the complete environment and fabrication design still require engineering review.
Which standard applies to Grade 7 titanium coil?
ASTM B265 / ASME SB265 covers Grade 7 strip, sheet and plate when expressly ordered. The purchase order should state the required edition, form, dimensions, condition, tolerances and supplementary requirements.
What information is needed for quotation?
Provide Grade 7 / UNS R52400, thickness, width, coil ID and OD, maximum coil weight, edge condition, surface, quantity, application, tests, documents and destination.
