Standards

Finished components are manufactured to the approved drawing; input material may reference ASTM B348, ASTM B265, ASTM B381, AMS specifications or customer requirements.

Grades

Commercially pure Grades 1–4 and alloy Grades 5, 7, 9, 12 and 23 are selected by strength, corrosion resistance, temperature, biocompatibility and fabrication needs.

Size & form

CNC-turned, milled, drilled and finished components supplied from bar, plate, forgings or near-net blanks; tolerances and surface finish follow the drawing.

Quality

Material certification, heat traceability, first-article and dimensional inspection; CMM, PMI, NDT, surface-finish reports and special-process records when specified.

Can size and tolerance be customized?
