Product Detail
Product Introduction
Titanium Grade 4 Sheet & Plate is supplied for corrosion-resistant fabrication and precision manufacturing. The final purchase definition must identify the exact material designation, governing specification and revision, dimensions, condition, tolerances, tests and documentation; trade-name or cross-standard equivalence is not assumed.
What distinguishes Grade 4 titanium plate?
Selection answer: Grade 4 is the highest-strength commonly specified commercially pure titanium grade. It is selected when CP titanium chemistry and corrosion behavior are required with higher minimum strength than Grades 1, 2 or 3.
Selection boundary: Do not treat Grade 4 as a drop-in replacement where deep forming is critical. Bend radius, tooling, section thickness and the ordered condition require engineering review.
RFQ data to confirm: Include the governing standard, thickness, width and length, forming plan, minimum tensile properties, flatness and testing.
